HABOR HOUSE PLAZA RENOVATION
Project Description:
- All existing pavement, planters, planting beds, fences, fill and landscaping were removed and replaced.
- Replacement of all city sidewalks required to access the outside foundation wall to achieve a proper termination for the waterproofing membrane.
- With the plaza, parking lot, circle drive, and loading dock all above occupied space in the building, the entire area received a hot applied membrane waterproofing system with drainage mat.
- Mew planting areas were created within the plaza area including an automated sprinkler system which encompasses the parkways.
- Over $5 Million of work completed.
